Rejuvi Clearing Toner is specially formulated to neutralise and detoxify heavy metal ions and tough impurities from pollution on the skin surface that normal cleansers and toners can't touch.
Heavy metal ions from contaminated water, pollution or cosmetic products gradually accumulate in the skin and can not only effect skin tone but can also become very toxic. If the concentration becomes high, some penetration into the blood stream may occur - which can be harmful.
Normal cleansing or soaps do not remove these metal ions and they are difficult to treat. Rejuvi Clearing Toner utilizes a special chelating mechanism to achieve this goal, keeping skin healthy and tone clear.
