Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 14 days after you receive the goods (see below). Please note that this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business (trade) customers.
Should you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order and preferably before we have dispatched it to you.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us hereafter known as the Supplier giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
Except in the case of faulty or mis-described goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost. The goods must be returned to our return address, they must be clearly marked with your name, address or order number so we can identify your return, (if this information is missing it may delay or prevent us from being able to refund you). Any returned goods must be as new, unused and unopened / sealed as you do not have the right to cancel the contract for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned.
You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. In the case of faulty or mis-described goods we shall, after receiving notification will arrange collection of the goods from you or ask you to return the goods yourself and possibly refund you the reasonable postage costs.
Refunds
Once you have notified the Supplier that you are cancelling the contract, and we have received any outstanding goods we will refund or re-credit you within 5 working days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods, (subject to your cleared payment).
Please note that due to varying payment methods the appropriate refund may be subject to additional delays by the payment processing companies or banks involved which may vary from 24hrs to several days. Also please be aware if there has been any currency conversion that has occurred i.e. from Euros to GBP for example, such transactions may be subject to conversion fees or changes in currency exchange rates, you may therefore not actually receive the entirety of the refund. If the payment was made using any form of crypto or other accepted medium of payment then any refunds or credit offered may be in another currency and will be of the fiat cash value at the time of the transaction. i.e. you may not receive back the same amount of currency you deposited due to exchange rate and extreme value fluctuations.
Except in the case of faulty or mis-described goods, if you do not return the goods as required, the Supplier may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
You do not have the right to cancel the contract for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, save where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than by unsealing the goods.
Refunds for cancelled items or orders are given in full on a good will basis, however should a customer make multiple or excessive claims, or claims above £100 gbp then we reserve the right to charge administration fees to cover processing costs levied upon us (between 1-10% of order values depending on payment method, order value etc.), even if no goods are supplied. We also reserve the right to charge administrative fees in line with receiving and processing any return items, which may also include our outbound shipping costs, inbound shipping and handling costs and processing /restocking costs.
Warranty
All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects for 12 months or until expiry of the item, whichever falls sooner, from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, improper storage, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier´s instructions, or any alteration carried out without the Supplier´s approval.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify the Supplier in writing within 7 working days. (Please note that this is 48hrs for our business customers)
If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify the Supplier in writing, as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint.
Limitation of Liability
Subject to below, if you are a consumer the Supplier shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage in circumstances where:
there is no breach of a legal duty owed to you by the Supplier or by its employees or agents;
such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any term of this contract.
The maximum liability of the Supplier shall never be more than the value of the original order.
Certain items or treatments are subject to specific usage or safety requirements, which are detailed on the item information. Further certain items may have inherent risks associated with use including the risk of permanent skin change, damage or scarring the Supplier accepts no liability in any form for dissatisfaction with results, permanent skin change or damage or scarring or any legal action arising out of such.
If you are a business customer the Supplier shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with this agreement.
